STATEMENT OF CONFIRMATION

On the date _________________________, person/persons_________________________ paid a 50% deposit of ____________________ for photographing an event on the date ______________________.  

Remitting this deposit secures the date and time for the said event. The remaining balance of ____________________ is due on the date of the event.

Excepting that the event does not occur, both the deposit and balance are non-refundable regardless of circumstances before, during or after the event.

 If the event does not occur, only the deposit is non-refundable and no balance is due on the event date.

The above party/parties have viewed the merchant’s work and have made a conscious choice to employ the merchant on the said event date. The above party/parties are in understanding of the terms and limitations of this statement of confirmation and contract, have signed to this statement below, and retain a copy of this statement

All packages include 4x6 photos in a photo album and a CD with everything on it. The CD gives you a lot of versatility. You also have a hand in the creative process. You can copy, enlarge, alter each picture, and send to family and friends via email. CD only packages are also available with no prints or album.

I also send you a copyright release letter so you are able to copy or enlarge pictures at the photo processing location of your choice.

Depending on the size and duration of your event, I recommend the following packages for portraits, parties or weddings. I will stay for the duration of your event, including wedding ceremonies and receptions. I do not charge by the hour so there is no need to worry about running out of time.

Black and white, sepia or a mix of color and black and white and/or sepia are available at no extra charge. Just let me know what you want when you book your event date.

My specialty is realism. I prefer the "National Geographic" photojournalistic style instead of the posed and contrived look, though I usually include posed photos of whatever you like. I will also take requests of whatever you want, whenever you want.

Gift certificates are also available and do not expire.

I requite a 50% deposit and a contract signing to book your event date. The remaining 50% is due on or before your event date. Photos should be returned to you approximately 2 weeks after your event. I usually will make an appointment for picture viewing on the event date if this is more convenient for you.
